FAQ

Session Fee

A session fee is paid upon booking and is separate from the digitals, packages, and collections that are available. This operates as a deposit to book your session. I work closely with my senior clients to assist in planning locations, prop ideas, and sometimes outfits. After a session is complete I will then prep an online proofing gallery of unedited images for the client to view. Digital images and products are not included in the session fee.

Mini Sessions

A mini session is 45 minutes, 1-2 outfits, and 1-2 locations. I like to pick locations that offer a lot of versatility for mini sessions. I want to ensure that my clients have multiple options to order from.

Digitals & Collections

Digitals & collections are available for all sessions and vary depending on your needs. I offer a wide variety of products via A La Carte, and wanted to put the most popular items bundled together. Once a senior session is photographed, I will then set up an in person or phone ordering session. I will assist you in the process of ordering and selecting your images.

Ala Carte vs. Collections

The A La Carte is available for clients who are interested in either purchasing individual items or adding on to one of their collections.
Collections are bundled products from A La Carte. They were made with the more popular products that clients are typically interested in to make the ordering process easier.

Expected wait time (products & images)

The wait time will vary depending on the type of session I am editing as well as the volume of images. A general time frame is about 2-3 weeks. Sometimes if products are involved time can vary to account for ordering and delivery. During busy seasons like spring senior sessions & family fall/holiday sessions, orders can also vary.

Based in SWLA & travel

I'm located in Southwest Louisiana (Sulphur, LA) and I do travel for sessions. If we use a facility or location that requires a photography fee, that fee will be at the client's cost to cover.

Number of outfits

For a Full session, bring along 6 outfits (including cap & gown if available). If we photograph 4 outfits before time is up, then we will move into the remaining outfits .

The Mini session has a 1-2 outfit limit. An idea for minis is to have accessories/props to give more variety. For example, pair an outfit with a jacket and hat and we can photograph with and without them. Same goes for props; bringing trophies, sport jackets, poms, instruments, etc.

What to wear

Ultimately, the clothing should represent you. Let it represent your school career, future plans, favorite hobbies, teams, etc. Formal outfits are a great option, and props can also make a session a lot more fun. I want you to wear what you feel best in - Be you! Be comfortable!
